DNS-over-HTTPS served old certificate (Sweden, Croatia)

Two DNS4EU Resolvers in Sweden and Croatia served old certificates for DNS-over-HTTPS and DNS-over-TLS because new certificates were not loaded properly due to invalid procedure.

What we are doing to avoid this in the future:

• More extensive testing and monitoring of HTTPS endpoint
• Procedural enhancement to catch incorrectly loaded certificates
